Wedding DJ Prices & FAQHow much a wedding DJ costs, and what couples ask

Every wedding is different, so every quote is built around yours. Here’s what goes into the price, what’s always included, and answers to the questions couples ask most.

01 Pricing

What goes into the price.

There’s no minimum spend, and I’m happy to work within your budget. These are the things that shape a quote.

Location

Your venue and how far I travel. Destination weddings include flights, travel and accommodation in the quote.

Hours & Events

How long you need me, and whether it’s one reception or a mehndi, sangeet and wedding across several days.

Sound & Lighting

The equipment your venue needs, from a compact setup to full production with lighting and LED.

Extras

Dhol players, saxophone, Bollywood dancers, low fog, sparkulars, LED dancefloors and more, at preferred rates.

Always included

My service fee, equipment, travel, transport and staff are built into every quote, so there are no hidden extras. Costs can flex with the time of year and the services you choose.

02 FAQ

Prices

Every quote depends on your location, the equipment involved and what the day needs, so pricing varies from booking to booking. Fill out the bookings form or drop me a message on email or WhatsApp and I’ll come back with an accurate price.

No. I’m happy to work within your budget and put together something that suits both your day and what you want to spend.

My pricing reflects exactly what your event needs, and already covers my service fee, equipment, travel, transport and staff, so there are no hidden extras. That said, costs can flex depending on the time of year and the services you choose.

Every booking includes a 15 to 30 minute buffer, though this is ultimately down to the venue. If you’d like to run beyond that, just let me know in advance and we can arrange it before the big day.

It varies by location, number of days, and whether I’m supplying equipment or working with a local setup, since travel and logistics differ every time. Get in touch with your date and destination and I’ll put together a proper quote.

03 FAQ

Booking

As early as you can. I only take one wedding per weekend, and destination dates go quickly once a venue is confirmed, so 9 to 12 months ahead is ideal for weddings abroad.

No. I DJ nationally and internationally, wherever the booking takes me.

No. I’ve been part of the Kudos Music team for many years and only provide my DJ services through them. They’re well respected in the wedding industry, use the best equipment available, and know exactly how I like to work, which means a smoother night for you and extra wow factor on the day.

Yes. After more than two decades in the industry, I’ve built relationships with some of the best suppliers around and can help you access preferred rates on things like low fog, sparkulars, dhol players, Bollywood dancers, saxophonists, live singers, LED dancefloors, wedding cakes, car hire and more. Get in touch for details on any third party suppliers you need.

Yes. I’m also the director of Print Station London Limited, who can help with printed dancefloors, backdrops, seating plans, table numbers, menus and more. Email the team directly at info@printstation.co.uk and they’ll take it from there.

04 FAQ

Music & Hosting

I’m an open format DJ. Bollywood, Bhangra and Punjabi sit alongside House, Motown, Hip Hop, R&B, Afrobeats, Arabic, Greek, Garage and party classics, all mixed live so the floor never empties.

Yes, please do. Every booking starts with a music plan built around your families, your must plays and your do not plays.

Yes. Hosting is a big part of what I do: entrances, speeches, cake cutting and the first dance all land on cue, and I keep the timeline on track with your venue and planner.

That’s common, especially abroad. I ask about noise limits, curfews and sound limiters during planning, so the night is built around the venue’s rules.
